A £20 deposit is required with all bookings. Cost includes gas and electricity charges (except longer lets when utilities are charged separately).
 
Due to rising fuel prices, there may be a charge for utilities at certain times of year.
 
Cot/high chair hire - £5.00 (payment on arrival).
 
Short term lets (ideal for house moves):
4 week minimum letting (first month payable in advance at time of booking).
12 week maximum availability at any one cottage. Long term lets dependent on availability - please ask for further details.
